Custom Orders Only

At Kayl Jewelers, every piece is custom-made. We do not offer ready-to-ship items. Each order is designed in collaboration with the client and handcrafted specifically for them.

Deposits & Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom design work.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final piece is shipped.
We accept payments via e-transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final due to the personalized nature of our products.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Design Approval

Clients will be presented with 3D CAD renders before production begins.
Minor changes can be requested during the design phase at no additional cost.
However, major modifications to the design may be subject to additional fees based on time and material adjustments.
Final approval must be confirmed before we proceed to production.

Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping.
Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and insurance options will be discussed at checkout or during consultation.

Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their country.

Intellectual Property

All custom designs, sketches, CAD models, and visual mockups remain the intellectual property of Kayl Jewelers unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Repairs & Resizing

We offer complimentary resizing and repair services for any jewelry created by Kayl Jewelers.
This service is only available for our own production pieces and does not apply to jewelry made elsewhere.
